Aphasia Support launches a new group in Leeds
Local charity, Aphasia Support, offers free weekly group sessions to:
✅ Kirklees residents
✅ Living with aphasia
✅ Of working age (18-64)
✅ Not currently in employment
Locations:
📍Gledholt Methodist Church
🕐 Tuesdays: 10.30 - 12
17th March - 5th May 2026
📍Batley Community Centre
🕐 Thursdays: 10.30 - 12
19th March - 7th May 2026

Delivered by Speech & Language Therapists, these weekly sessions are purposefully designed to help you practice communicating with confidence in a friendly, understanding, and supportive environment. We'll spend time reflecting on your skills, experience and interests to help you shape your future goals. You'll learn more about local services and how you get can involved with the wider community.
